Weidig Geoanalysts was founded in 1994 as a small consulting firm offering geotechnical, and geologic engineering services.

Paul Weidig, owner and founder, is licensed in the State of Hawai'i as a civil engineer specializing in soil and foundation engineering. He is also licensed as a geotechnical engineer, a geologist and an engineering geologist in Nevada, Oregon and California, with over 30 years of extensive professional engineering experience here and on the mainland.

Our laboratory is fully equipped to perform all of the standard tests to determine the physical properties of soil and rock.

In addition to exploration with larger drilling rigs, we also operate our own portable equipment, which can be set up to drill test borings at sites where accessibility is limited.

Our analytical capabilities include advanced, computer-assisted subsurface modelling and interpretation programs.
